Hailey is a licensed Chiropractor Therapy Assistant and was born and raised right here in Union City, TN. She joined the wonderful world of chiropractic in August of 2020. She has been happily married to Ben Parker since 2007 and they have 3 children together – Wyatt, Ella, and Finn-David. She was a stay-at-home mom for 12 years before she joined Align Chiropractic. Although her kids keep her busy with school, cheerleading, volleyball, and their crazy antics at home, she loves her job, her colleagues, and most importantly, her patients. A career in the medical field was always her dream and she is so happy that God brought her to Align Chiropractic.

Linda has spent her entire life in Martin, TN. She is a certified medical administrative assistant and is also certified in medical and insurance coding. She is the one that we all depend on to bill out insurance and to figure out how to navigate the ever-changing insurance world. Linda also schedules our patients and keeps us on track so that your wait time is minimal. She has one son, Malik. On the weekends you can find Linda at the baseball field, soccer field, or at the basketball court—depending on the season!

Beth is also from Troy, TN. She joined the office in December 2013. She is a licensed x-ray technologist (Rt.R) and a licensed CTA. Beth has been in the world of chiropractic since 2010. She is married and has two sons. They are busy with a variety of sports and everything that comes with raising two boys.

Sandy Wills has been a lifelong resident of Troy, TN, and joined the team at Align in April 2017. She is a licensed CTA and helps in nearly every aspect of the office. She is married to her husband, Steve, and they have two daughters, one son-in-law, two granddaughters, and one grandson. Her hobbies include doing anything that the grandkids need her to do!
